Govt treasury gets Rs 52 lakh bounty from Delhi polls losers

A candidate has to deposit a sum of ₹10,000 while filing their nominations. The deposit is forfeited if they fail to secure a sixth (16.66%) of the total valid votes cast in a constituency.
