PM Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone for an All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Madurai today and inaugurate super speciality blocks at Rajaji, Thanjavur and Tirunelveli medical colleges as the BJP focuses on increasing its footprints in the south.
