'No big issue, why apologise?': Kumaraswamy on 'shoot mercilessly' remark

Embroiled in a row over his “shoot mercilessly” remarks, Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy rejected the opposition demand for an apology over his comments, saying he was an “emotional person.”
