Saud al-Qahtani, a top aide of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, ran social media for him. He masterminded the arrest of hundreds of his country’s elite. And, according to sources, he ran journalist Jamal Khashoggi’s killing at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul by giving orders over Skype.
