Another research scholar among two militants killed in Kashmir encounter

Sabzar Ahmad Sofi, who was pursuing his PhD at Jamia Millia Islamia in Delhi but joined militancy in 2016 after killing of Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Wani, was the second research scholar-turned-militant to be killed in an encounter this month after Manan Wani.
