A gangster wanted by Bihar Police in kidnapping of a Nepal business tycoon and murder of a fellow gangster was arrested by the Delhi Police on Monday. The Delhi Police also claimed that the accused was in Delhi for committing a contract killing of a businessman in Ghaziabad.
